Hilton vs. Panasonic Corporation of North America

A class action lawsuit, Hilton vs. Panasonic Corporation of North America, was filed on February 27, 2007 in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County, and removed to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. The plaintiffs are Sheri Hilton, Jay Grover, Joseph Morgan and Christine Morgan on behalf of the proposed class against PNA. Panasonic denies any wrongdoing, but after extensive negotiations the parties have reached a settlement of these claims.

If you are the purchaser of one of the named model televisions and experienced an out-of-warranty, or un-reimbursed lamp failure within 24 months of the date of purchase, you may be a member of the Class entitled to reimbursement for the replacement cost of one (1) lamp with proof of purchase of the television and lamp.
